If you got the bad pop up, there is still a chance that you may have passed so don't give out on hope yet. A friend of mine recieved the bad pop up first, then recieved the good pop up after 24 hours. Now, you just have to wait for quick results.

The "hold" message comes up whenever an exam is under review because of a problem, either a palm scan that didn't take, speed of exam, or something truly obvious in your case, a power outage.
