Night Owl is an absolute beast with its rapid fire pierce 2 and Sinister is fantastic for sticky/slice ammo. I personally ran up through HR7 with Night Owl then moved to Sinister for sticky/slash. The meta sticky slash build required some decos which require end game farming so I found Night Owl to be a bit better to progress with.
