2014 ford escape camera upside down

The camera seems to engage but all I'm seeing are horizontal lines across the screen. So far I haven't seen this issue on any of the other screens or using Android Auto. I did try and Sync Factory Reset but that didn't change anything.It couldn’t hurt to try. I’ll do that and see what it does. I’m wondering if there’s maybe a bad connection. Thank you for the advice.
