Compared to other health decks, Muscle get's health regen and around 460 health if I remember correctly. Kill as much as possible, in as close time frames as possible. HT is really good for the passive healing. Basically build it like kingpin or stoic. Actually, you rely more on health than armor. You have massive HP, like Muscle, but without the aggro draw as muscle or the aggro draw of Kingpin on activation.

The galant is a good weapon when you can 1) aim and 2) one shot heavy swats to the head. On DW and DS, you need either overkill aced or berserker to do that 2nd one (can’t help you with the first). The Muscle build has you deal with shields and large groups with something like the DB Grimm or other concealable secondary shotgun.
