The brand new "Inside Park at St. Bart's" features a limited, new American menu and is open for lunch/brunch (11:30am to 3pm), while its bar stays open until 7pm. There was a thirty minute wait for lunch when my friend and I arrived but we were happy to hang around the bar and chat with the friendly bartender while we waited.
