Got back home and installed both. It is still doing the same thing. Although the first time the chk eng light came on I got a new 6 digit code 520308 31, which seems to indicate the same issue with the accelerator sensor. I called the dealer and let me talk to the main mechanic. He said I probably have a bad wire somewhere.

Code 520275. I have a 2017 Sportsman XP 1000 that will loose throttle for a second or two accompanied by the check engine light. The engine does not die but will not respond to throttle input for a second or two while the check engine light is on. The code that I pulled was 520275.
Always check and change the transmission oil at the intervals outlined in the Periodic Maintenance Chart. Maintain the oil level even with the bottom thread of the fill plug hole. The fill plug is located on the rear of the gearcase. Maintain the fluid level at the bottom of the fill plug hole. The wiring harness going to the differential lock solenoid is faulty. 2. The solenoid coil is open. 3. The solenoid coil is shorted. 4.
