Much to my surprise, many of the tailors in my area don't do that work. Finally, I emailed 2 tailors to ask if they did such work. Dana was the first one to respond. She told me to bring them to her and she would see what she could do. FWIW, the second tailor answered much later to say she did such work, too, but by then I had gone to Dana.
