Cyberpunk overwatch stuck in inventory.

I just got cyberpunk on PC yesterday. I've been running into weird glitches, the most persistent is they my character preview in the inventory screen is stuck on a particular outfit from early in the game. No matter what I change out, it stays the same. Even if I close the inventory and open it again. My character model is just stuck. Since the 2.1 update the Overwatch sniper rifle in my inventory has a yellow circle with a "!" on the top right, looking like a main quest symbol. I have no idea what that'S supposed to mean, but I can't store the rifle in my appartment anymore. 2. Delete saved data and reserved space and try downloading your saves from cloud that also didn't work for me. 3. After doing all above the only thing that worked for me was holding my consoles power button down for a while and opening the game back up and downloading my saves from cloud. so, tried on existing save, tried on a new game, tried total reinstall; after the newest patch, i cant equip or unequip weapons anymore, and once i draw a gun i cant put it away or swap to a new one, cant reload, etc. top left has a bar saying "action blocked".

The problem is, and it's very weird - your TARGET cannot stand too close to other enemies. As long as you 1 hit kill targets that are not too close to each other you should be fine, unless they broke it in .01.
