I've been using Reshade + ME within GW2, everything was fine on Win 7. Today i got a fresh new Win 10 installed, so i went through the whole procedure of installing Reshade and Mastereffect. Everything is working fine, but everytime i get into a PvP-Match - means after every loading screen - it looks like Reshade and/or ME are restarting.If it was all done correctly, you should see an overlay once in Character Selection the next time you start GW2 and be able to open the Reshade menu with Shift+F2. You can put preset files into the GuildWars2|bin64 folder and should then be able to select and tweak them ingame. The use of Reshade is allowed by the GW2 developers.

It's just been modified to work better with the game. I recommend GW2hook mostly because it only needs to load once, whereas Reshade will reload itself every map.
