Normally you can only use light weapons to dual wield. The best ones you'll get are 1d6 Scimitar/Shortsword (Finesse so Strength/Dex) or 1d6 Handaxes (Strength). Best weapons are Sword of Screams and Knife of the Undermountain King, which will require dual wielder to be able to have both of these equipped at once. In act 3, best weapons are Crimson Mischief and Blade of the First Blood. You won't need Dual Wielder anymore ....
