For $50 more you get the warranty and customer service due from Orion if anything is wrong with the scope. They only honor the original owner for warranty as I understand it. The current owner knows the scope is good but is asking for too much. Regardless of use or wear, $350 for just the scope and stock 25mm is not a bargain at all.
