That's why you'll see some people recommend flat arcane gems for it. If you have 50 arcane though, you definitely want to go with nourishing gems as they multiply both the physical and arcane damage dealt on every attack.I recommend using it just because how hilarious it is. Imagine being beaten to death by a wagon wheel. You can definitely use it for one, but the functionality will be limited.
