How to change an instagram password

When I try to reset it by following the instructions on their website and clicking the "forgot password" at the login, the only thing that I get is a link to get back into my account. I don't want this -- I want a way to reset my Instagram password. I'm getting really frustrated as I've been trying to figure this out for a while.
