The turnover for CCAs nationally is 58-60%, depending on the year, which is the highest rate of turnover of any craft at the Postal Service, by far. The work environment varies by office as well. Some offices and some managers are better than others, but be prepared for micromanagement. The current standard of USPS retail software (RSS, Retail System Software) keeps a digital record of transactions that extends back a few weeks before archiving, searchable by a few parameters.I'll add that online redelivery requests are great, but carriers have to rely on management to print out and distribute the requests, which is usually done only once a day.
