MQ1 Cam. Now I know this is an older bow but I recently purchased this from a buddy at work to target shoot with my son and get back into archery with my father. I have a 28" draw and this has a 30" draw. It came with a couple of extra cams one of which I was told by the previous owner was a 28". The part number on the side reads "MQ1-28R".

From there they go down in half inch increments, SLB.5R is 29.5R, SLBR is 29, SLC.5R is 28.5, etc. the L or R is in there for left or right. On the MQ1 if you change from normal to HL you MUST change strings and cable.
